Most research groups do not need someone to take the work away. They need a partner from the point where the study is still a plan, through the analysis, to the moment a reviewer asks a hard question. That is what this is.
Where we join
- Study design. Before data collection, while changes are still free. Cohort definition, sample size, what would count as an answer, and whether the design can produce one.
- Analysis. The statistics or bioinformatics, done reproducibly, with the assumptions written down and checked.
- Manuscript. Structure, figures, methods and results, drafted with you as the work progresses rather than reconstructed afterwards.
- Reviewer strategy. Anticipating the objections, and helping you answer them point by point when they arrive.
On authorship and integrity
This is a collaboration under recognized authorship standards: the CRediT taxonomy across disciplines, and ICMJE criteria for biomedical work. Contribution is described honestly and credited according to your journal’s rules and your own judgement.
We do not ghostwrite. We do not sell authorship. We do not guarantee acceptance, because nobody honestly can. We improve the chance that a paper is accepted by making the work behind it correct, clearly reported and hard to fault. If a result does not hold, we will tell you before a reviewer does.
How the work is staged
- Free consult. A short conversation about your project and its deadline, so both sides can tell whether this is a fit. It orients; it is not free deep consulting.
- Readiness Review. The paid first step. We look at the data and the plan and tell you plainly what is publishable, what is fixable, and what is not.
- Full analysis, or analysis through to manuscript. Scoped from what the review found, priced before the work starts.
- Retainer. For groups with continuous need, an ongoing arrangement rather than a project at a time.
Language editing and Vietnamese to English translation are available attached to the analysis work, so the science and the writing stay with the same people.
Who this is for
Grant-holding researchers and clinician-scientists with results and a deadline. Research groups whose statistics capacity does not match their data. Departments that publish internationally and want the methods to survive a Western reviewer.
